Hello 🙂 We are Max & Mia – an adventure-loving couple from England with a love for exploring the world together. Welcome to our travel blog! 🌍✈️

Before we met at university, we had each already caught the travel bug. However, it wasn’t until our first big trip together through the Middle East that we truly discovered how much we shared a love for immersive, off-the-beaten-path travel.

We created Sloths With Latitude to not only document some of our most unforgettable experiences – from navigating Oman’s rugged mountains and sun-scorched deserts (complete with a few unexpected hornet encounters!), to diving with sharks off the coast of Mauritius, and soaking up the culture in the heart of Japan — but also to share honest, practical tips for fellow adventurous travelers on a budget.
